This is a beautiful specimen of Specular Hematite. This specimen is just full of glitter. You can see the red jasper in picture 2. This is a stunning display of iron ore from the U.P. of Michigan. This was hand collected in 2005 by my daughter and I at the Cambria Mine in Negaunee, Michigan. The picture cannot capture the color or crystal structure on this specimen. This will make a great display specimen for any ones collection. This is just an outstanding specimen, with great color and crystal structure.
