The shipping cost is $1.93 for each diaper shipping first class with .25 shipping costs for each additional diaper purchased for postage costs. The second picture shows three of my grand daughters dolls wearing the same size diaper, I only make one size that fits many dolls and stuffed animals, you just move the velcro tabs to fit the waist. The smallest doll in the picture is about 12 inches tall and the largest is about 23 inches tall and the diaper fits them all. So far my feedback is it can fit a cabbage patch, bitty baby, baby alive (does not soak up her liquids tho) corelle dolls, Lee Middleton dolls,preemie cabbage patch, ikea dolls fur real monkey and more plus stuffed animals. It also depends if it is an older doll if it is a soft waist or hard plastic waist. If it is a soft doll it can fit a waist from 8 inches around up to 13-14 inches around.
