Original U.S. 1 sheet poster for the classic 1968 film 'Le Samourai', directed by Jean-Pierre Melville and starring Alain Delon. In 1972 the film was released in the U.S. as 'The Godson'. At the time, it was not fully recognized as the classic film that it is, and the U.S. release was limited. Tfore, relatively few U.S. 1 sheets were produced so this is pretty rare. Condition is excellent, folded as issued with minimal foldwear and some creasing.Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close. Shipping within the U.S. is $8, overseas $20 for registered airmail.
