Le Tallec was the famous and best hand porcelain in France. Camille Le Tallec to expand into a small and local business, the Atelier Le Tallec. In thirty years, the studio created hand-painted porcelain tablewares for famous individuals such as Queen Elizabeth and many royalty. In the 1960's Tiffany bought the Atelier and continued to make this fine porcelain. Intricate hand-painted raised white enamel slip decoration on a light blue background, looks like wedding cake decoration Acid-etched gold bands The pattern Dentelle was made in 1954 On the bottom of all the pieces it says, "Painted entirely by hand by le Tallec of Paris" and "Made in France" and signed by the artist
