Hey guys, so i'm going to copy out someone else's description for anyone who does'nt know what PBE actually is and some further, deeper information. PBE is an environment made to test things out, such as champion, changes in the game, new skins, and so on, before the come out to the live client. 1. PBE accounts are RARE. you cant just go and sign up for a PBE account for League of Legends. 2. You get 4000 RP / 10000 ip EVERY WEEK you sign in (or on every Sunday as some say though i find you will have to physically log in once a week). 3. You can try all the new patch before the official release. 4. You can try all the champions/skins you wish with the RP/IP provided. (legendary new ones etc) 5. You can check out the new unreleased replay system that riot has been working on for the last couple of months. PBE registration is locked since January and you cannot create an account! As for the accounts itself: 25.5K of IP, 5.5k of RP, 115 champions purchased (All of them), 16 rune pages, over 30 skins.
