New in Box, Signed, 1988 Lefton Colonial Village "Bakery" # 06898. I had previously thought these had been signed at Walnut Ridge, after speaking with my aunt, I realize these were purchased from a shop, Bargain Bound Collections in Meterie Louisiana w they were signed by Lefton. This item has never been displayed or out of the box before these photos. It is in New/Mint condition. Includes: Bakery, Deed of Title, Colonial Village Pamphlet, Original box with packing and Lamp with cord. Description of Property (From Deed of Title): The property located at Lot No. 06898 in the Village, has bben used as a BAKERY since it was built and is well-provided for the continuance of that trade. To wit: large, recently rebuilt, brick ovens, cast iron stoves plus ample area for the preparation and sale of baked goods. The second story and attic with dormer provide comfortable habitation.
