He measures 5" tall and is in Repaired condition condition, otherwise with no chips or cracks. The repair is his FLAG has been broken and is glued back together(shown in photos). There is mild, generalized crazing, and some loss of color , which are cold-painted. Please refer to the photos as they are part of the description.
