** ** ** Vintage Classic Pirates Lego 6274 Caribbean Clipper (1989) ** ** ** All pieces and a copy of the instruction manual are included. NOTES:All I can say is " STUNNING ". This is yet again Lego at it's finest! Another absolutely gorgeous classic pirate set from the earliest days of the series. This one also has all the sails in good condition, they very light fraying, but they are still very crisp and do not have wrinkles, and the white stripes are very bright. The large blue and white cross cannon flag is in good shape with no broken clips. The small blue and white cross cannon flags clips are intact it is just a little grimey and has some scuff marks and scratches. NOTE: the string for the sails is the original, as well as the string for the anchor. Note: the only feather included is the yellow triple plume. If you've never owned one of the pirate ships, then you've really missed out. They really are some of the best sets that Lego ever designed and they look fabulous on display in your office or playroom. There is some variation in the shading of the bricks from age and playwear, as well as the typical scratches that come from years of being stored with other toys, some of the pieces have marrs as well, but the set still looks wonderful. As you can see the set is so beautiful that it truly stands on it's own. In any case, I could go on and on over this set - we are obviously big fans - this is one of those sets that will blow your mind, so don't miss your chance to pick it up this week! If the set includes white, blue, or grey pieces (in particular), some are probably yellowed from exposure and the set is almost surely a little dusty from storage, but that's how you know it's the real deal. We also buy on ebay - selling vintage Legos is something that we do for fun, so we promise to be fair and treat you the way we would want to be treated. We sell about 30 sets a week and are SERIOUS about combining shipping to save you money. If you win multiple auctions, ask for an invoice and we will give you the combined shipping price. The additional cost for shipping 2-3 small Lego sets together or including a few smaller sets with a larger one you win are minimal, so you are encouraged to bid on multiple auctions and save on shipping. U.S. buyers can pick from weight-based or flat rate Priority Mail, so tell us which one you prefer when you ask for an invoice. Weight-based will probably be cheaper for West Coast buyers and flat rate is probably cheaper for everyone else. If you buy lots and lots of sets, we're probably going to have to ship by weight-based because they don't make large enough flat rate boxes. We typically ship the Monday after the auctions end if you pay by Paypal during the weekend. The buyer must pay within 5 business days . All buyers are encouraged to get insurance if it's offered. Luckily Legos don't break easily from shipping, but they can still get lost. Bidders Outside the U.S. : We are happy to ship internationally, but as you are probably aware, it can be expensive. The U.S. Postal Service does not have an inexpensive boat-based slow shipping method (everything is by air now). Canadians are lucky and shipping is actually reasonably priced for you as long as you don't use UPS (who charge ridiculous customs fees for Canadians).
