** ** ** Vintage Classic Town Lego 6392 Airport (1985) ** ** ** All pieces and a copy of the instruction manual as well as the ORIGINAL BOX are included. NOTES: In my opinion still the best airport that Lego ever made. You get a cool terminal, a helicopter, the best airliner ever, and even a baggage car. The set itself is huge and would add a lot to your Lego town with 4 1/2 baseplates of space. Two of the baseplates have some bleach stains that cover most of the lanes, the other two baseplates have black smudges for grease or paint of some sort.The heliopad baseplate has some very minor warping, but no damaged studs or cracked or chipped edges. The 16 x 32 plate doesn't have any warping or damaged studs! The sticker is on both sides of the helicopter tail, but only two of the large windows have the small mini blind stickers. The airport logo sticker is on both sides of the white 1 x 4 bricks and it is in excellent shape. The sticker inside the terminal with the arrows is also missing. The set does have varitation in the shading of the pieces as well as scratches from being stored with other toys over the years. The clear windows in particular have definite scratches. One of the doors has some grime on it (although we did wipe off a good portion of it), and the airline captain is missing the gold on his airline logo pin on his torso. The red helmets chinstrap is intact though. Overall the set looks pretty good for how old it is!! This set does come with the original box!! It has been crushed and the lid has definite bowing. Both sides of the box have been opened. The right hand sides flaps are very worn and torn. The box does have creases as well. The inside of the box has a small tear but the plastic cover is still intact. The box does still have the cardboard tray and it still has the divider. The lid does have a very small spot where the print comes off. But all in all the box does not look to bad and it increases the value of this set!! This is your chance to finally own the best airport that Lego ever made. So do not miss out on grabbing it for yourself this week! Weight-based will probably be cheaper for West Coast buyers and flat rate is probably cheaper for everyone else. If you buy lots and lots of sets, we're probably going to have to ship by weight-based because they don't make large enough flat rate boxes.
