"Over 30 years old and still NEW, Never Opened! How cool is that?" LEGO CLASSIC SPACE 1984 6824 SPACE DART-1 43 Pieces 1 Minifigure BRAND NEW IN HANGING BOX This is a rare find..a 1984 Classic Space Set. As you probably know, there are tons of early space sets available in used condition. But finding one that's new in the box is fairly rare. Even more rare is the hanging box panel with no damage to the hole it hung on in the store. This is a terrific early space set..with three rocket engines, unusual girder-type wings and a trans-clear red antenna on the nose of the ship. The set has the blue Classic Space guy with the barrel-type helmet and, of course, the bright shiny gold emblem on his chest! It's one of only 9 Space sets released by Lego in 1984. A totally awesome set for fans of the first Lego Space sets! There are currently no new-in-box of this set available on Ebay. Only a handful are available on the secondary market...Bricklink, Amazon etc. Three are on sale at Bricklink for between $100.00 and $320.00---No Kidding! I'm starting this Ebay auction at a very reasonable price...half of the lowest price you'll find.
