Near mint condition box on this very largecity LEGO Christmas based set. Only a little price sticker on the bottom panel tarnishes this box. This set was retired so it will just get harder to find each year. Great for a gift or collectible. Almost 1500 pieces including 8 minifgs. It is listed at ages 12+ although a 10 year-old with some patience can handle it. Many intricate features including a brick that lights. Set is NEW and sealed. Came directly from LEGO to me. Please reference pictures for questions oncondition. Stored in an environment controlled for temperature and humidity, in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Shipped in a real cardboard box, just like Lego shop at home uses. I do not wrap in paper or make my own cardboard boxes out of scraps. We combine shipping when possible so check out our other LEGO sets. Thanks for looking!
