Hello let me explain this... half the packages are wrapped meaning New. There are two instruction booklets. One is for Bags 1-3 which I put together to make sure it was complete which it was including a few extra pieces like flowers a pan and fruit I believe. The next booklet is numbers 4-7 which are factory sealed. This is an excellent house and your daughters or daughter will have a blast putting it together.
