This is an early British Lego pat pend scooter motorcyclist element actually removed from an UK 810 Town Plan set. Harder to find in the USA because the US Samsonite Town Plan sets did not include motorcyclists or cyclists in them. This specific Vespa motorcyclist element is unbroken and and in very good condition. Rare!
