Here we have a Lego Technic Tow Truck number 8285. This has never been put together. Packets are sealed with the exception of two pieces and the tires. Not sure if the tires were originally sealed. Has the stickers and all the Manuals! Box was wear-tears and other issues (see all photos). We will listing other great Lego items so please check us out! If payment is not received by the third day following the end of auction and no communication has been made by the buyer then An Un-Paid Dispute Case will be opened. HOURS OF OPERATION: We are generally not at the computer on the weekends, as we are spending time as a family. We will try to answer emails on the weekends if it's possible to do so. I believe that family is extremely important so we spend most weekends with our son. Thank you for understanding. SHIPPING: We ship all items within 2 business days of payment being received. In some cases we are able to ship the same day as payment being received. We always try to mail items out as quickly and safely as possible.We strive to pack all items to the best of our abilities while still maintaining a reasonable shipping rate. In most cases especially those with larger items we charge the actual shipping cost. We ship Economy as a means to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you the buyers. We will upgrade only if the cost is the same or if the buyer wishes to up-grade at a cost covered by the buyers. WE SHIP ITEMS MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. If it is possible we will ship items paid on Friday on Friday. If we are unable to do so then they will be shipped Monday morning. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING: When shipping MEDIA MAIL please understand that Media cost much less to ship then Standard or Economy mail. However Media Mail does ship at a slower rate. Once the item is dropped off at the post office I have NO CONTROL over how fast the item or items are shipped. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: In most of our international shipping we use the Global Shipping Center. I have NO CONTROL over the fees charged with this service. Nor the speed by which it is delivered. CANCELING AN ORDER: If the Buyer wishes to cancel a Bid it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY To cancel the bid. EBay does have a system in effect that penalizes Sellers for canceling Bids or Transactions. If you want to Cancel the Transaction you must do so BEFORE THE LABEL IS CREATED AND THE ITEM SHIPPED. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR REQUESTS TO CANCEL AFTER THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.
