Leicaflex SL2 50 Jahre Body - RARE Limited Edition. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Up for bid is a Leicaflex SL2 “50 Jahre” Body. This is the last of the manual focus Leicaflex film cameras and is one of the very limited edition “50 Jahre” models intended to celebrate the 50 th anniversary or Leica cameras. This used the Leica “R” mount – gateway to the absolute best glass for a 35mm camera. Overall, I would rate the cosmetics of this camera as an 8+/9 on a scale of 10. The camera is very clean with no dents. There are some rub marks on the black anodizing – very common for the black Leicaflex cameras. Everything works as it should. The viewfinder is exceedingly clean and bright (far brighter than any other film or especially DSLR!). The film winding is buttery smooth. The light meter is working just fine – even the illuminator to light up the needle in very low light. A body cap is included with this camera. This is a wonderful, collectible piece that will only rise in value.
