Leica Summicron-R 35mm f/2 ROM Lens #11339 - GERMAN QUALITY PRISTINE CONDITION!In view is a Leica Summicron-R 35mm f/2 #11339 ROM lens for Leica Reflex cameras. This lens is in pristine condition showing few signs of use and no real wear. Serial number 3477020, it came to life in Germany in 1988. The ROM makes it perfect for use on the Leica R8 or R9 bodies but you can adapt it to a great many digital cameras today with all the mount adapters that are available.From Dennis Laney's 'Leica Collectors Guide':" Second Version: This was a totally different optical design, having only six elements, all separate, one of them being very thick. The lens hood is built-in. Suitable for all Leica reflex cameras. Can be retrofitted with electronics Leica R8."Again, this is the ROM version of the lens and will not need adaptation for Leica electronic SLR cameras. This is a beautiful lens.
