Lemaco N-012/1a SBB Ae6/6 11429 "Altdorf" in red - Prestigious model , RARE This is an extremely rare opportunity to own one of these beautiful hand built Ae 6/6 SBB locomotives.The model is a fantastic piece of Swiss engineering with all wheel drive and the metal body, provides for impressive hauling capability whilst silky smooth running. This model is one of only 100 models made and has an authentic certificate, with a brass inscribed plague on the underside of the bogie claiming its unique number.As a scale model, this is the best Ae6/6 model ever made capturing the look far better than the recent Fleischmann offering, in our opinion. The model features exquisitely fine pantographs, separately applied name, canton plaque and Swiss flag plaque on the loco front .the wheels are spoked and have fine flanges, however this is not just a collectable piece , but also can be used as a working model on your layout - it operates through pointwork and curves as any mass produced model will today.
