This is a fine set of twelve (10 ½”) Lenox service plates marked with the green wreath above “Made Expressly For Ovington’s New York”. These plates, made in 1934, are bright, spring-green in a crisp gold design with sharp gold accents, and a gold trim with a geometric design. After viewing the plates’ superb condition, I doubt the plates were ever used! The shoulder and center are cream (off white). Pattern number (in gold) 1830/J.306.G. There is no reserve on this wonderful set of 12 Lenox plates! Due to the weight and the care needed to ship these plates, the shipping cost will be more expensive.
