Brand new. Never been used by anyone. Crafted of fine ivory china and accented with 24 karat gold. It measures 8 3/4 inches in diameter. Seller ships priority, especially if items are breakable. Delivery The seller ships an item between 24 to 48 hours. She usually ships Monday to Friday. If paid by check she usually ships in 48 hours because checks today clear sooner. Refunds & Returns A buyer should get in touch with seller in 14 days if something is wrong with merchandise. Seller will not pay for shipping an item back to the seller. Seller will refund or replace if an item has a defect or something wrong with it.
