The rare & unusual. A two piece combined 10 3/4" x 15" PLATE SIGNED serigraph by Leroy Neiman. The material is a form of construction paper. Here are the kings in history, Elvis Presley and Muhammad Ali. One side featuring the round by round action of the 1971 "Battle of the Century" between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier. Each round in roman numerals, tells the story of the fight as it progressed and ended, a 15 round decision for Joe Frazier, keeping his heavyweight title. You had Burt Lancaster commentating and Frank Sinatra taking photographs. Each fighter was paid an unheard of sum at the time of 2.5 million dollars for the fight. This was the fight that all other fights that followed were compared to. On the opposite side of the serigraph is the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Two views, one to the waist and the other to his knees. In the right home, they make a great conversation hanging. If you have a father that grew up in this era, this would be the gift of gifts. The most unique prints ever! A perfect addition for the collector of the great Leroy Neiman. What really makes this print unique is the 2 sided print. Put this exclusive print set together on both sides. The date on the Ali side is 1971 and it states Madison Square Garden March 8, 1971 and the date on the Elvis side is 1976.
