PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AUCTION!! This is an original Levade Saddlebred by Marge Para. I ordered it in 2002 and picked it up at Breyerfest w she had her booth. It's always been one of my most prized horses. It's very elegant and just simply gorgeous. T are things I notice now that I did not notice then, being a newer collector back then. I can run my fingers over the horse and feel glaze roughness. I can't see it, I can just feel it. It's on his right hip. I think his ears could have been cleaner. If I bought this horse today, from someone other than Marge, I would question the ears being broken and glued back on or repaired. But knowing it's an original and one of her first to sell, I know they were that way when I got it. I think she just didn't smooth them out enough. His hooves could have taken more glaze around the bottoms. But that's hard to notice unless you're really checking him out like I am now. None of these things I've mentioned take away from his beauty. I am just very picky when I sell. (Mainly because I know how nasty the buyer is if I miss something!! LOL!!). This stunning horse stand 9 1/4" at his ear tip. He is about 8 3/4" long. Very delicate and pretty!! This horse has a rattle inside. I have several horses that have something bouncing around inside. I have been waiting till after Breyerfest and Equilocity to start selling the rest of whatever I can make myself part with. This is a serious horse cleaning. I mean house cleaning. These horses and tack aren't doing anyone any good sitting on the shelf in the basement or crammed into a curio cabinet w you can't even tell what you have. So please take advantage of the sales now. I'm desperately needing to make space!! I'm planning on selling everything that I can force myself to part with. I'm down to the nitty gritty now. Please ask for more photos if you need more. The reason is that lots of people buy more than one horse. So I don't wrap them and weigh them until I know how many someone is buying. It saves me the trouble of unwrapping and rewrapping. If you've bought model horses before, you should have a pretty good idea what it's going to cost.
