This is a nice almost new circus tender. This tender is self propelled meaning it is motorized. This is used to I've more pulling power. This comes in original box and comes with the red and black wires to hook it up tithe engine. Comes with the black plate to go with the engine. This works great has an led light in the back. Great piece.
