You are bidding on a "Gnomy Stainz Commerative Engine Set" that is Mint, although maybe dusty from storage only. They were created in West Germany by LGB(#990) as a friction toy, but further embellished to commerate the 24th Anniversary Convention in Orlando, FL in 2002, and the 25th Anniversary Convention in King of Prussia, PA in 2003. Measurements: 3" long and high. They make a perfect model of a Stainz engine, a toy, or as an ornament either under or on your Christmas tree. (They were only available at these conventions, which are now defunct.) This is the beginning of our "Christmas in July" sales event..
