Liberia Scott # 229, Issued in 1927. Very rare. See Cockrill's Book 21, page 26. "Large additional "2" 5 mm high placed 4 mm above "Two" of "Two Cents", only two copies recorded and the one I have is a German Seapost cancellation (Not Constant.)" There is a slight thin at the bottom right corner. Note I sold the German Seepost that Cockrill describes in late 2014, this start price has been reduced due to the thin. A major rarity.Shipping to the US is via insured mail for $3.00 and to all other locations via registered mail for $18.00. Shipping is in a large cardboard flat reinforced.
