Staffordshire Liberty Blue, dinnerware tableware pattern was a 1976 promotional premium item made to tie in with the 1776-1976 bicentennial celebration of America�s Declaration of Independence from England. They were made by Enoch Wedgwood in the Staffordshire district of England, in the tradition of the 19th century Staffordshire historical blue china. Most pieces are backstamped with a huge eagle and say Liberty Blue Original Copper Engravings of Historic Colonial Scenes Printed on Staffordshire Ironstone Detergent and Dishwasher Safe Made in England. This auction is for the teapot. The scene is Minute Men. No chips, cracks, crazing, or staining. Along the bottom are a few tiny tiny nicks that I think were in the making, not damage. MD buyer pays 6% sales tax. Please Insurance is included in the stated flat rate USA shipping. I ship FAST and pack carefully (please see my feedback).
