This is a rare signed NAPIER Liberty Eagle brooch pin created from the ANN HAND design of this brooch pin. The open beak , faux pearl, ruby eye Patriotic Eagle with the open mouth design was retired by Ann Hand and as with all good jewelry was copied by other designers during that era including NAPIER. In excellent condition brooch pin measures 1 3/8" by 1 5/8". Signed NAPIER on the back. I have researched this brooch and cannot find this one by Napier anywhere.
