Thank you!)I’M THE ONE VERY CAREFUL OWNER OF THIS WONDERFUL ART SET PUBLICATIONLIBRARY OF ART 28 Volumes by Time Life Books hardcover books, all with slip covers, 1966-1974 COMPLETE SETIf you have not seen this set do not be misled by the book titles. “The World of Durer” covers the artists who influenced him, who his contemporaries were, and who he in turn influences. Time-Life did an excellent job of soliciting experts to assemble these volumes. TIME LIFE LIBRARY OF ART - the Complete 28 Volume Set. The 9 1/4"; x 12 1/4" hardback volumes have various colored leatherette coverings with gilt lettering surrounding the spines the spines, and with color picture paste downs on the slipcases. The books are profusely and beautifully illustrated throughout. This set is in nearly-new condition, except for the minimal slip case wear on a few volumes. On a few of the slipcovers the glue holding the paper has loosened, but there are no tears or gouges. Hardly any sign of shelf wear on the slipcovers - none on the volumes themselves which are still pristine. Color plates are 100% perfect, no foxing of pages.
