General description: LIFE by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup A somewhat rustic design by Johannes Hammerborg is the LIFE pendant lamp. It was produced by famous Danish lamp maker Fog & Mørup in the 1970s and described as a "beautiful and sturdy lamp in a modern design" emitting a "soft and cozy with a maritime touch". Check the original ad below, and you will notice another typical Danish thing: The rich use of alcoholic beverages in interior advertising. Energy savers can also be used. Condition The lamp is in very good condition without any dents and only a few small scratches. There are two marks where the enamel is chipped off (see photos below), but otherwise the enamel is in very good shape. The original F&M sticker is still visible inside the lamp. Every lamp i sell has been tested and used in my own home for a while. But as always i advise you to have the lamps checked by a qualified electrician, just to make sure.
