Lovely pastel with tiny sharp drip points skirt embossed per the title. Service damage limited to 4 of the drips flaked with one removed and 3 scattered flea bites! Sorry, the USPS has raised rates again 1/27 and the 1 cent for a letter was just the tip of the iceburg as shipping packages was raised significantly. Remember, my shipping prices include applicable insurance and are an educated guess (based on many tens of thousands of shipments) for shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous states and never considered a profit center. I use Priority boxes just as much as practical as I find it's best to get thru the USPS just as quickly as possible to better ussure delivery in great condition.
