Both found at WWII veteran's estate.SURE FIRE - Regular flip-top lighter; does not work, may need flint and fluid. Stamped on bottom: "PATS. PEND. MADE IN U.S.A." - "BOWERS - SURE FIRE" - "KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN"ARMY & NAVY - Rope lighter; flint wheel sparks when rotated, did not attempt to light wick.
