As I am now rationalising my display and working collections, some Locos are now offered for sale. This Loco was bought as Pre Owned as a production display loco in BR Blue with Union Jack. As it was found to be a wreck, it languished for some time in a cupboard and has not been run on my layout. Taking a break from scratch building, I re-spraid and detailed this Loco in it's correct livery using a protypical photo from a shot taken in July 1990 at Gloucester Depot at it's naming. I had intended to DCC this Loco and fit directional lighting but as it no longer fits in with the era I now model in decided not to and offer it as an analogue loco or alternatively DCC conversion. It has a brand new chassis only run in. Etched nameplates, crest and arrows have been applied. Included in the sale are Hornby decoder (I would recommend something a with bit more "grunt") with pictorial conversion instructions and custom directional lighting also with fitting instructions. Please note that if fitting lighting, f1 and f2 control the tail lights. Dynamis latches no problem, Gaugemaster Control does not and trying to find another f latch has proved impossible on the Gaugemaster system.
