I hate to categorize this plate as "used"; but according to Ebay, if it's been opened it doesn't qualify as "new", however, this plate has never been used and is still in the original styrofoam container. Somehow we ended up with two identical plates. This is a darling limited edition from the collection entitled Cherished Shih Tzus by the Danbury Mint. Plate Number A8871.
