is another print from my collection of Marian Anderson's NWTF Mountain Man series. This one is named "Reload". As with all Marian Anderson paintings, she once again captures, in great detail, the essence of the legendary North American Mountain Man. "Reload" reinforces the fact that, Marian Anderson is still one of the great artists of our time. And she still has that gifted eye for detail. Just check out the colorful Indian beads and necklace, the fringe and feathers hanging from his buck skin shirt, the coon skin hat, the pistol and leather pouch on his belt, the leather moccasin boots and laces, with fringe coming off the top of them. Take a look at all the life like markings on his horse, and the irridescent feathers on the turkey, along with the red, white, and blue head, and all the tell tale markings of the Merriam turkey. Look at the intricate brass pieces and the brass patch plate. I'm not sure what the long rod is he's got in his belt underneath his pistol. The ram rod is already on the muzzleloader so I don't know what it is or what it's for. This print is the seventeenth print in the NWTF Mountain Man series. It is also one of the last printed, #2592 out of 2600, and personally signed by the artist. This print would be an excellent addition to any one's collection, or a great start to a new collection, or if you just like the looks of it, it would look great any w The overall measurments are 29-1/4 x 36". Both the print and the frame are in excellent condition with no flaws what so ever. If the buy it now option is used, I will pay the shipping charges along with insurance! I prefer Paypal, but will accept a cashiers check or money order. Will ship to US and Canada only, and will ship with in two days of receipt of payment. All payments must be in US currency. Normally, I would ship this via USPS Parcel Post because they handle packages with fragile on it like t is actually something fragile in the package. I think some times UPS see's fragile as a target, and not something that can break. I mention this because I use a lot of packaging materials to keep the print secure in transit. I do not charge for the packaging materials, or the time it takes to package each item. (Most eBayers charge extra for both and call it a handling fee). But, because I use a lot of packaging materials, it adds weight and size to the print. USPS has different charges for different size packages, for example: you can send something that is less than 108" (total length and girth) fairly cheap. I just took two other prints to the post office the other day and they accepted the first one that was under 108" and it was just under $25 going to Florida from Milwaukee, WI, but the second one measured 113-1/2". So I asked how much more would it cost for the extra 5-1/2 inches and they told me approximately $50. That being said, I will do every thing in my power to keep the packaged print under 108" overall. But the main thing is to get the print to you in one piece, and if I can't do that by keeping it under 108", I will use as much packaging as necessary so that the print is never compromised in any way. A couple years ago, I purchased a print on eBay and when I received it, it was in a million pieces. It wasn't packaged all that good to begin with, but it was marked all over "Fragile", and if they would have treated it like it was fragile it would have been received in one peice so I decided right then that I would never send a print out that I think has even the slightest chance of being damaged. I can ship via UPS to save some money if it ends up being over the 108" size limit, but that is entirely up to the winning bidder. The winner pays only the actual shipping cost, no handling or packaging fees.
