This wonderful Rochard Limoges box, a Neiman Marcus exclusive, is a black book with 22KT gold edges and pages. On top is "Minding the Store" in gold and "Stanley Marcus" in green. The spine has the title and author also. This is a reproduction of an actual book of memoirs, published in 1974, by the son of the founder of Neiman Marcus. Stanley Marcus served as president and chairman of the board of the high end Dallas store, and he was responsible for many store innovations, including the yearly Christmas catalog. He was also a patron of the arts and a civic leader in Dallas. A pair of hands shaking is the clasp, and "Neiman Marcus ©" is written inside. It is 1.4" by 1.8" with a height of .8".
