LIMOGES BOX - Vintage Half Moon & Star - Peint Main Description Crescent Moon Authentic Limoges Box Up for your consideration is this beautiful, vintage, hand painted porcelain Limoges box. This crescent moon has a smiling face with features outlined in 24k gold. Clouds and blue skies surround it. The base is painted a midnight blue and is edged at the bottom with a band of 24k gold. A gold five pointed star is painted inside. The clasp is a sun face and is signed 'Peint Main Limoges France' with the artist's signature.
