Lincoln Memorial Cent Collection. Complete PDS set from 1959 to 2008: 111 different dates. The first year that Lincoln cents were minted was 1909. The "wheat" design on the reverse continued until 1959 when the modern memorial reverse replaced it. This auction is for a set of Lincoln Memorial cents starting in 1959 through 2008 with all regular issues from Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco included. These are red uncirculated coins from original mint rolls. This set will include the large and small dates from 1960 P&D and also all 7 varieties from 1982. These will be identified in 2x2 holders. The other 100 coins will be sent in 2 Anco style coin tubes. Proof issues are not included. These are original, red, MS coins, the easy way to build a gem Memorial set. Please look at the scan. This is not necessarily the set you will receive, but these coins come from the same rolls and your set will be practically the same.
