DESCRIPTION You are bidding on a set of Lincoln Cents from 1909-2009 in a Harco Coin Album. This album’s pages allow you to view both sides of the coins while protecting it between a layer of slides, also allowing you easy access to the coins. This set includes 238 coins total, including 207 business-strike coins and 31 proof coins . All coins from 1909-1982 were made of 95% copper, and are a fantastic valuable investment. The only exception to this is the 1943 pennies, which were made from steel. Due to the shortages of copper for ammunition during WWII, the US Mint struck coins made from steel in this year. You will get ALL 3 STEEL PENNIES from 1943. You will also receive 31 proof coins starting in 1975. You can only acquire proof coins directly from the US Mint Proof Sets, and these coins are included in this wonderful set. Some proof coins may exhibit handling or toning effects.This set also includes the 7-coin variety set of 1982 pennies, when 7 different kinds of cents were minted.This is a beautiful set to own.
