K-Line ALUMINUM OBSERVATION 15" THEO.ROOSEVELT NOB K-Line 4670-10054 OBSERVATION 15" Theodore Roosevelt. New York Central Empire State Express. Used in Original Box. Shiny aluminum. Interior passenger figures and furnishings are often loose inside K-Line aluminum passenger cars. Some say on forums that some figures are usually loose in each car. The glue used seems to stick to the seats but not as well to the figures of passengers. Cars are offered STRICTLY AS IS with respect to any loose figures upon arrival. Every time a car is shipped, from the factory to the present, it is likely that some figures will come loose inside the car. I ship at cost and refund any overpayment via PayPal; and combine shipments to minimize cost. I usually ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
