Madeira linen guest towel with hand embroidery circa mid 1900s. This towel measures 13.5 by 18 inches, the hems are stitched by hand, the front hem has drawn work and is edges with hand embroidery, there is a drawn work and hand embroidered shield with lovely flowers in white. There is a small sticker mark on the front, the towel is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.
