This is a New in Box Lionel 17019 AT&SF Offset 2 Bay Hopper with simulated coal load in O Scale and C9 condition. It was built in 2002 with Diecast Body, diecast sprung trucks, diecast and brass detail applied parts and 2 operating couplers. It has car number 78299. It has been cared for in a non-smoking home.
