~Thank you for looking~ This is the perfect piece for the train collector ! ~~ 1928 No. 381E .. Locomotive by Lionel ~~ measures 8 1/4" x 2 1/4" made by Avon dated 1992. The 381E was issued by Avon in 1992 (source of Fine Collectibles) and is the second in the series of Lionel replicas. Plate reads: Lionel No. 381E BILD*A*LOCO. Avon's 381E locomotive is made of Hartford porcelain, a mixture of porcelain powder and polyester resin. The wooden display base is 10 1/2" long and marked Lionel Trains, Inc. It was displayed a short time in a smoke free home.. train and base in very good condition... small marks w wheels rest. Comes in original box (clean with a few storage wrinkles).
