LIONEL No. 218 STANDARD GAUGE OPERATING DUMP CAR LOT DESCRIPTION: As the title says this lot consists of a LIONEL No. 218 STANDARD GAUGE OPERATING CRANE CAR. All original Standard Gauge Lionel. DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION: Car is in great shape, the base and wheel trucks have been nicely repainted, the two supports for the gear contol knob have been touched up in silver, I believe the bin is all original paint. Gears and control knobs all in great shape and they all work fine. Again, with the repaints it is a great looking piece that IMHO I would rate as in excellent condition but take a good look at all the pictures and judge the condition for yourself.
