In Stock and Ready to Ship! is a Lionel 2379 EMD F3 AB Diesel Set from 1957-58. These F3s headed up a couple of freight train sets from those years and are among the sharpest of Lionel's Postwar F3s. T is a light in the nose that illuminates the cab, headlight and number boards. It has an operating pilot coupler and all other couplers are fixed. Both units have di-cast side frame trucks. These units have been rewired between the motors. This item has a fair number of scratches. It clearly shows signs of use, but it is complete and fully functional. Overall condition is Very Good. This item was inspected by both our in-house Lionel Postwar experts and by our Authorized Lionel Service Station and we guarantee this item is completely functional and operable.
