This is a very scarce if not rare 3484-25 Black Lettered Santa Fe Operating Boxcar. The car is new with no running time. It has a Type I clear mold. The original black lettering is clear, crisp and bright. There is no rust, nicks or scratches. There is a small box rub on the roof on the catwalk. This is just under where the instruction sheet was folded on the car. Lionel folded the instruction sheets over the top of the cars. This is probably where the box rub came from. There is a little bit of box rub at the end of the ladder steps. It has the original inspection slip still above the coupler and comes with the narrow insert that guides the wheels when putting the car in the box. This car is guaranteed original. It has the correct original instruction sheet. The box is very crisp. It has all flaps with no tape, repair or writing. This is definitely a collector grade car that is very hard to find in any condition. This is a no reserve auction. This will be shipped insured UPS.Please use the pictures as part of the description and variation of the item. We will do the best we can to describe them accurately. Shipping is $22.50
