Lionel # 38 Pumping Water tower in NEW Never used condition, NO Cracks, Rust or corrosion Because it was NEVER USED any time . Note Pic # 7. Comes with controller, Wires, & small funnel, Roof is painted, NO Rubs, OB Grades a TCA 8.0++ with some writting from long ago in the Late 40's this accessory is dated 1947. The Only thing that is missing are the color water dye tablets which really never held up to the years of time they were made out of colored paint compressed and usually just broke apart or crumbled awa OB Has 3 base Inserts and one Large side insert.
