Lionel No 54 Ballast Tamper MT Box - EX -- Box is a brick. -- 2 Track actuators. -- Original instruction sheet included. NOTE: Auction is for the actuators, instructions and box only . There is no ballast tamper. Note: I do not consider myself an expert on Lionel trains, especially regarding grading, reproductions, and variations. There are many more knowledgable members of the TCA. My used Lionel trains are always sold "as is," because I cannot guarantee a complete and accurate description to everyone's satisfaction. That's impossible considering the complexity of the items and the diversity of the ebay membership.
