selling a vintage Lionel # 6414 AUTOLOADER with AAR plastic trucks from the 1958-9 judging by the box it came in and the car. This car is as close to unused as I have ever owned. Its a beauty, the satin black superstructure is so nice that I cannot find any flaws. The car itself is one Chrsitmas away from being new. Even though its plastic trucks, the couplers still have shiny metal pins and metal knuckles, both work fine. Just a little light rust and tarnish on the axles and coupler tangs. The white rubber stamped lettering is scratch free but one hearald has a light smear in it from when this car was painted at the factory, it looks that it was put down before the paint completely dried. ALl 4 automobiles are correct and original to this car 100% real of course and NOT broken but the chrome on the bumpers has dulled out here and there. The box is nice and square, definitely a reddish orange box from 1958 with NO WRITING and NO store sticker. One end is perfect and probably never opened. The other end was opened and used. One side flap is missing, where it was ripped off the box but just a hint of skinning is visible. the other side flap is a little loose, the big coupler tuck flap is still intact and strong and the end flap is strong too.
