WWII Lionel Co. Signal Corps U.S. Army J-38 Telegraph Key This auction features a Lionel Co. Signal Corps U.S. Army WWII Telegraph Key J-38. This is the straight key, which was manufactured for the military by the Lionel Toy Company during WWII . It has a solid black cast metal key base, and the bakelite base that hold the key has a large letter "L" cast into it. TERMS OF SALE: Buyer pays actual shipping and optional insurance. Winning Bidder Pays Priority Mail Shipping; however, large items can be shipped Parcel Post, USPS bulk rate, or via UPS. Payment is expected within two weeks of auction ending.
