This is a NIB O-Gauge / O27-Gauge Lionel Dry Gulch Line Virginia & Truckee RR (V&TRR) Train Set. Lionel Set # 11706. It consists of the 4-4-0 “Genoa” Locomotive and Tender (Lionel # 18702), Passenger Car (Lionel # 16010), Passenger Car (Lionel # 16011), and Baggage Car (Lionel # 16012). The Lionel Dry Gulch Line set came out in 1988, and this particular example has been in its factory-sealed carton since then. Yup, never opened in 22 years. As “mint” as you will find. It’s time to get it into the home of a collector or enthusiast who can appreciate it. Packaging, shipping (lower 48 USA states only) , and insurance will be $30.
