" THE LIONEL FACTORY " No. 1928 - This kit by " Korber Models " is brand new in the box , just as I originally bought it . This is the first ever "O" Scale Super detailed model reproduced from the original 1928 Lionel construction blueprints. Recently found after years of reserch of Lionel Irvington , Hillside , N.J. plant . This model was first introduced at the TCA York Meet in April of 1983. If I remember right , I ordered it and it was around 1985 before it was available .
